KDR Health and safety policy
KDR are committed to ensuring the safety of our employees, customers and anyone else affected by our business' activities. We have set certain standards of employee care commensurate with a business that is predominately office based.
The Director/s have ultimate responsibility for health and safety in the business. However all employees are responsible for taking care of their own health and safety and that of the people they work with.
KDR recognises the legal duties our business is bound by and that we will provide a safe working environment. To this end we will:
- provide comfortable, ergonomically designed work stations
- ensure there is adequate lighting in the workplace
- encourage regular breaks away from working with screens
- encourage regular eye sight tests
- advise our employees on safe practises when meeting candidates ‘off site’
- ensure that our employees are made aware of relevant health and safety standards at any client sites they may visit
The guidelines will be monitored by a director who will ensure that current best practise guidelines are maintained.
