KDR environmental policy

KDR will do its best to protect the environment through responsible work practises. We have set certain standards of envonmental care commensurate with a business that is predominately office based.

The Director/s have ultimate responsibility for protection of the environment in the business.  However all employees are responsible for taking sensible steps with the environment in mind

We will:

• use low wattage light bulbs and low energy equipment in our offices wherever possible
• turn off all lights, personal computers and fans at the end of each working day
• only print off what is essential to properly perform our duties
• recycle all excess paperwork, ink cartridges and all drinks bottles/cans
• use email rather than traditional mail wherever practical
• use trains wherever possible for the purposes of visiting our clients

The above policy will be monitored by a director and adapted whenever a more energy efficient alternative is identified.
