Code of conduct

We are well aware of the poor service offered to candidates by some recruitment agencies and as such, we offer the following guarantees to everyone registered with us:

• Our consultants reply to every application made to us, whether successful or not. As a candidate looking for work, we appreciate there is nothing more frustrating than applying for a job and never hearing from the agency again
  
• We will always be open in our financial dealings with you. Upon request, we will advise the fees and margin agreements we have in place with specific clients, but as a guide, our average permanent placement fee is 17.5% of starting salary and our contractor margin is 15% (for initial contract)
  
• We respect the fact that you are an individual and you have a choice. We appreciate how important your career is and will work with you to find your ideal next role
  
• We will never forward your details to any third party organisation without your express permission
