Recruitment is very much a people based industry. But it’s not just about quality clients and quality candidates, it’s also about the quality of our own team. We have worked hard over the years to practice what we preach and recruit only the best to the KDR team. Our key people include:

Mark Dexter – Director and principal consultant

Mark has worked in the IT recruitment industry since 1995, specialising in Business Intelligence since 1999. Prior to forming KDR, he ran a medium sized generalist IT agency in London. Mark's recruitment philosophy is simple: Honest, ethical and thorough, for clients and candidates alike.

Fiona Duncan – Senior consultant

Fiona has been involved in the recruitment industry for over 10 years.  She has experience working for big name agencies as well as smaller niche players within the IT recruitment market. Fiona joined KDR in early 2009 and is responsible for managing and developing major accounts as well as developing the team of consultants.

Sandra Fleming MREC – Recruitment consultant

Sandra spent 17 years with the same national agency, recruiting for commercial vacancies on a permanent and temporary basis. Wishing to diversify into specialist recruitment, she found KDR possessed the values and professionalism she was looking for and joined them in June 2010.

Chris Bongard – Resource consultant

Chris worked part time for KDR whilst studying for his degree in business and German, joining full time in 2008.  His main areas of responsibility lie within candidate resourcing and talent pipeline development. Chris’ aim is to the first port of call for any information management specialist looking for a new challenge.
