Mark Dexter – Managing Director

Mark has worked in the IT recruitment industry since 1995, specialising in Business Intelligence since 1999. Prior to forming KDR, he ran a medium sized generalist IT agency in London. Mark's recruitment philosophy is simple: Honest, ethical and thorough, for clients and candidates alike.

Nikki Hills – Head of Account Management

Nikki used to be a KDR client and was so impressed with our service that she decided to join us. She was previously an internal recruiter for BP on a Global BI programme. In this role she recruited large numbers of contractors with a wide variety of skills, before joining the agency she enjoyed working with the most, KDR.

Alison Abraham – Business Development Manager

Alison gained 17 years hands on experience working within IT, in both development and analysis roles. After realising that one of her great strengths is her ability to work with people, she moved into sales, initially within the financial services arena. It was this passion for people, combined with her IT knowledge that led her to join KDR.
