Mel (we can’t pronounce her surname either) has worked in the recruitment industry for over 13 years in a variety of roles from training, 360 recruitment, account management and resourcing. She has worked for global brand agencies as well as smaller niche players and RPO companies.
Mel joined KDR in May 2011 and is responsible for managing and developing our candidate network in addition to launching our social media presence.
When not in the office Mel is a full time taxi driver for her young son, also managing to squeeze in some live music (from Kings of Leon to Take That (!)), as well as being a bit of a film buff on the side.
