Our initial vision was to become the UK's leading niche contract recruitment agency, supplying the emerging market generated by the Data Warehouse and Data Management company, Kalido. But following a phenomenal first two years that surpassed our expectations, we decided to broaden our service to include supplying permanent as well as contract candidates across the Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing product skill sets. We now provide human resource expertise across the entire spectrum of information management.

Now proudly in our sixth year of operation, we believe our unique positioning has paid off and so do our clients.

We have placed contract and permanent staff for companies ranging from SMEs to multinational organisations. Vertical markets covered include oil and gas, telecommunications, FMCG, banking and insurance, manufacturing, consultancy, BI product vendors and pharmaceuticals.

We maintain a well-managed, highly detailed database of referenced candidates with skills in our specialist areas, enabling us to react quickly and effectively when a requirement arises. We work closely with this database through a system of referrals to ensure that we attract the top talent to work on our client sites. We also maintain the UK's leading database of contractors with skills in the Kalido product suite.
